Strain and tension
Symptoms
- Drawing, stabbing pain that is aggravated by movement

- Stress

- Correct seating posture helps to prevent strain and tension: keep your arms and legs at a right angle
- Use the full seat of your chair so that two-thirds of the thighs are supported
