What you can do yourself
Plantago Bronchialbalsam (Plantago Chest and Back Rub)* forms a gentle and protective ‘shell of warmth’ around the rib cage. As well as making it easier for the patient to cough up phlegm, it provides relief to the irritated mucous membranes. A warm scarf will add to this soothing effect.

Indications: Catarrhal, inflammatory disorders of the airways.
Warning: Breast feeding mothers should not apply the preparation in the region of the breasts. Wool fat can cause local skin reactions (e.g. contact dermatitis).
