Anthroposophic Medicine

Pathology and healing

The central element in the anthroposophical conception of pathology is that physical changes are seen as an expression of the soul and the spirit and their interrelationships which can manifest themselves just as much in illness as in the healthy expressions of life and the soul. According to the anthroposophical view, the human being consists of four elements: the physical body, the life body, the feeling body or soul body, and the spiritual organisation of the ego.
